To my clients:

Long before dreaming of a career, I was used to organizing at home. I have benefited from growing up in a home that could offer me comfort and some perks. The immersion in an environment with these characteristics got me used to a pattern of organization and beauty that influenced my entire life, both personally and professionally.

As a result, I developed an aesthetic notion based on organization. This prevented me from feeling comfortable in chaotic places that did not offer conditions for good emotional, intellectual, and creative development.

Today, at the helm of Lovenhome, I can share what I learned at home and what I developed in a long career, with my clients, helping them to keep their homes pleasant. My goal is to help implement an efficient operation, without confusing their home with an industrial or commercial unit. There is no one rule for all houses. It’s useless to label everything. The organization should inspire, not compel.

A little about my career:

One of the most remarkable steps in the application of this knowledge took place on TV GLOBO, the second largest worldwide television network. TV Globo’s infrastructure and production houses units 1,2,3, and 4, and studio support units A, B, C, and D, adapting newly developed organizational processes to the new 22,000 sq. ft. plant, improving infrastructure and logistics without ever interrupting a day of production.

The goal of the work was to develop and implement new organizational systems and software to coordinate all aspects of production among the more than 5000 employees. At each stage, the software systematized and organized the work of each department, its needs, timeline, and stage of completion. This way, the production could be tracked at all stages and referenced at any point to watch the overall production flow (screenwriting, custom design, props, production art, sewing, makeup, set design, construction, engineering, film, photography, crew, extras, locations, wardrobe, editing, and all post-production).

Outcome:

Optimized production processes by reducing workload and increasing efficiency, thus saving on operational costs. The new streamlined system reduced the daily workload by more than four hours.
