CUBAN ADJUSTMENT

CWHAT A GREEN CARD THROUGH CUBAN ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS CAN DO FOR YOU

The Cuban Adjustment Act (CAA) is a U.S. federal law that provides a pathway to permanent residency for Cuban nationals who come to the United States. Under the CAA, Cuban nationals who have been physically present in the United States for at least one year may apply for lawful permanent residency, also known as a “green card.”

It’s important to note that the CAA only applies to Cuban nationals. In this case, you may benefit from the Cuban Adjustment Act if you wish to immigrate to the United States and are seeking a faster and easier path to legal residency and the benefits of living and working anywhere in the United States. CAA does not guarantee citizenship, the applicants must still meet certain eligibility requirements and follow the necessary application procedures.
