ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS

THESE ARE SOME SITUATIONS WHERE YOU CAN APPLY FOR YOUR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS AND GET YOUR GREEN CARD

Some immigration processes can be filed all at once. Other processes can be initiated and only at a later time, sometimes years later, can the adjustment of status be requested. These are some cases where adjustment of status can be requested:

. Spouse, parent, or unmarried child (under 21 years old) of a U.S. citizen;

. Spouse or child of a lawful permanent resident;

. K-1 fiancé(e) and K-2 dependent;

. Widow(er) of a U.S. citizen who passed away within the last two years;

. Victim of crime, human trafficking, or domestic violence (VAWA);

. A spouse or child of a qualifying Cuban main applicant, who is eligible under the Cuban Adjustment Act.

If you have already had part of your process approved and now want to start the adjustment of status stage, please contact us.
